The high-precision, reusable scale is used to measure the urinary output of a patient. It is pre-calibrated to the weight of the liner and pad so that it measures only the waste - not the liner itself. The measurement is accurate within +/- 5 mL. A red curser marks the measurement. The scale has a ring on the top for hanging onto the Cleanis® Wall Dispenser using the Connector. It has a hook on the bottom of the scale for hanging the used liner and pad to determine the output.
The scale is graduated from 0 to 1000 mL. 1 gr of urine = 1 mL. Though the output reading may be different based on the exact chemical composition of urine, the scale is designed to deliver outstanding precision.
